Ways to Train
Every member starts with an assessment. From there, your coach builds the mix that fits your body, your schedule, and the thing you're actually training for.

Progressive barbell and kettlebell work, programmed around your own numbers.
Stance, brace, bar path. Then tempo, load, intent. We build it one clean repetition at a time, adding weight only when the last one looked right.

Engine work that respects your joints. Intervals, sleds, and circuits, programmed in four-week blocks.
Aerobic base first, then threshold, then capacity. Built in blocks, with more time spent below your limit than above it.

The unglamorous work that makes everything else possible. Assessed first, then written into your sessions.
The part most gyms skip. We measure what your joints actually do, then program it into the session as real training, built in rather than bolted on.

One-to-one coaching for goals with a deadline, or for people who prefer the room to themselves.
The room, the hour, and the coach are yours. Useful for comebacks, deadlines, or simply training without an audience.

Movement screen, strength baseline, and a real conversation about what you want. We write down where you actually are, not where a chart says you should be.
Your sessions are built around your assessment, schedule, and recovery. The plan changes when you do, not on a fixed calendar.
A coach is on the floor for every session, watching and adjusting. You never train alone guessing whether you're doing it right.
Every six weeks we re-test. Numbers up, flat, or down, we tell you the truth and adjust the plan. No vanity metrics.

The Room
No screens, no playlists bleeding through the walls. Just the work, and the people doing it beside you.
The work is
the point.Everything else is a side effect.
The People
The coach who assesses you is the one who trains you. The same person, every session, for years.

"Add weight only when you've earned it."
Twelve years on the platform. Builds strength rep by rep, adding load only when the last one looked right.

"Move well first. Load follows."
Danced before she lifted. She assesses mobility joint by joint before writing it into your sessions.
The Proof
We share what members say after their second year of training here.
I'd been to five gyms in ten years. Here they treated my back like a project and built a plan around it.
